Business buyers only

We supply dealers, workshops, tuning shops and distributors acting in the course of their business. We do not sell to consumers, and consumer protection rules, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply to these transactions.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acting as a business.

Quotations and orders

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Prices, availability and lead times exist only in a written quotation issued against a specific enquiry, and are valid for the period stated in it.

A contract is formed when you confirm a quotation in writing and we acknowledge that confirmation.

Payment

Payment is due in advance, in full, in EUR, before dispatch. Goods are not dispatched against a partial payment.

Title to the goods passes on receipt of payment in full.

VAT

We are registered for VAT in Slovakia under SK2122541421. Supplies to VAT-registered buyers in other member states are invoiced under the reverse charge where the buyer provides a VAT number valid in VIES at the time of invoicing.

Used vehicles may be invoiced under the second-hand margin scheme. Where that applies, the quotation says so, and VAT is not separately deductible.

Description of goods

We state whether a part is original equipment or an aftermarket equivalent, and whether an item is new or used. We do not describe an aftermarket part as original. Where a description comes from the supplier rather than from our own inspection, we say so.

Delivery

Delivery terms and costs are stated in each quotation. Lead times are estimates based on supplier confirmation and are not guaranteed dates.

Risk passes in accordance with the delivery term stated in the quotation.

Claims

Visible defects, shortages and transport damage are to be raised in writing on receipt and before the goods are fitted. Fitting an item is taken as acceptance of its visible condition.

Electronic components coded to a specific vehicle are supplied against the VIN you provide. An incorrect VIN is not a defect.

Sanctions

Goods supplied under these terms may not be sold, exported or re-exported, directly or indirectly, to the Russian Federation or for use in the Russian Federation, and may not be used in any way that would circumvent restrictive measures adopted by the European Union, in particular under Regulation (EU) No 833/2014.

You will apply an equivalent clause to any onward sale and will inform us immediately of any breach.

Liability

Our liability arising from a contract is limited to the value of the order concerned. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
