Initrade s. r. o. was incorporated on 17 June 2025 and is registered with Mestský súd Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert 191869/B. The company has been VAT registered in Slovakia since 24 June 2025.
What we are
We trade in three related categories: vehicles, vehicle parts and automotive electronics. All three move between EU member states — we source inside the Union and deliver inside the Union. That keeps customs out of the transaction and keeps lead times predictable.
We hold no permanent stock catalogue and we do not run a webshop. Every order starts with an enquiry and ends with a quotation for a specific item, at a specific price, with a specific lead time.
Who we sell to
Dealers, independent and authorised workshops, tuning shops and parts distributors. Businesses only. We do not sell to private individuals, which means consumer rules — including the right of withdrawal — do not apply to what we supply.
Registered objects of business
Our entry in the Commercial Register covers wholesale and retail purchase of goods for resale, intermediary activity in trade, services and production, engineering activities, technical testing and analysis, among others. The full list is on the company information page.
